Installation notes

1. Set the existing blade position and blade-height dial according to the CT-50 maintenance procedure.
2. Remove the fiber scrap collector and access the blade carefully.
3. Use tweezers; do not touch the cutting edge with fingers.
4. Fit the new blade correctly on the locating pin with no gap.
5. Reinstall the blade rotation wheel and fiber scrap collector.
6. Adjust blade height and reset the cleaver counter after replacement.

Note: The replacement blade renews the cutting component only. Bluetooth communication, automatic blade rotation, and cleaver electronics are functions of the CT-50 cleaver system, not of the replacement blade itself.
